30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. You can return your pillow even if you've slept on it. Memory foam takes a few nights to get used to, and we want you to test it properly.

How to return your pillow

• Email us at support@nordicpillow.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
• We reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first; returns sent without instructions may not be processed.
• Pack the pillow securely (it can be compressed into a bag) and send it back. We recommend a tracked shipping method.
• Once your return arrives, we issue your refund within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn’t what you ordered. Original shipping costs, if any, are not refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a further 5–10 business days for the money to appear in your account. We email you as soon as your refund has been processed.

Not the right height for you

Try both sides first: the pillow has a soft side and a higher lift side. If neither suits you, email us at support@nordicpillow.store within 30 days of delivery and return it for a refund under the money-back guarantee.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us at support@nordicpillow.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and UK.
